Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

3. Payments

Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide access to the property and ensure a safe working environment. If any special cleaning instructions or areas require attention, please inform us in advance.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care, INTEGRITY JANITORIAL SERVICE is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or surfaces

  • Loss or damage due to undisclosed hazards

  • Issues caused by products or equipment provided by the client

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion for resolution.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge.
